Welcome to the Boards.
The first thing I suggest is for you to start a new thread of your own in a case like this so as not to intermingle answers to your questions with those of the original poster, causing confusion. You can send Lavoy an email (postmaster@jdcrawlers.com) and ask if he can move your post and mine to make a new thread, maybe he can, maybe not.
Posting pictures requires setting up and account with Lavoy to use the site's dedicated picture server (explained in a couple threads down in the Messageboard Q&A and announcements located at the bottom of the Boards index when signed in) or use of a third-party hosting site such as Imgur or Postimages.
A couple answers for you. If the two holes where the serial number tag would have been riveted are in the front panel of the left battery box, it is a 350 B serial number 142200 or higher, as 142200 is when the tag was relocated from the panel under the seat to the battery box panel where it remained for the rest of the Bs, Cs, and D models.
A dealer might be able to give you a definite year for the engine based on the serial number on the metal tag. However, an unknown is if it is the original engine. The other numbers you posted identify the block and can be found on many blocks. In the parts catalogs it looks like the 350C crawler 152 engines started with serial number 329334 and up, until they changed to the 3164 engine mid production run.
Given what you posted about the crawler serial number tag location and the engine serial number you posted, it looks like you might have a 350B serial number higher than 142200, which means built mid 1972 through 1975.
Engine Question
Re: Engine Question
Huge thanks for your quick response, and I will reach out to Lavoy asap.
Yes - it definitely appears that the original serial number tag was rivited to the left hand side battery box. The holes are clear, and they are the exact same spacing as the holes on the tag that is on the engine block.
Again, thank you. Your response was very informative and useful.

I also have a little YouTube channel. The 350 is featured at about the 6:30 mark of this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnTcs9qzLJ8&t=17s
