Have a 87’ 455E. Had a stuck go through the radiator. Looks like it has a smaller radiator on front that, I believe is an oil coolant? My question is it looks like oil is coming out of the radiator? Any thoughts on what might be going on? Thanks in advance.
Re: 455E
Welcome to the Boards. The transmission oil cooler should be mounted on the right side of the radiator. It is the same height and thickness as the radiator and about 5 inches wide. It is an oil to air heat exchange unit, the oil is in the core tubes. No engine coolant is used in it. Sounds like you have a hole in the oil cooler.
