Hi my name is Rick I recently bought a 350 dozer. I’m having a hard time understanding the translation of these numbers. If some could help me out I’d truly appreciate it. I’m currently going after a reverser problem. Thanks agin for helping out a new guy

Hi,
T = Tractor
4 = JD350
F = Crawler Dozer
3 = Diesel
D = Reverser
The rest is the serial number. 084553 is a 1968 Straight 350. That last isn't a 1, it is always a T meaning it was made in the Dubuque plant.
