350bb final drive oil fill hole
Look on the inside of the final drive housing itself up above the pan to either side of the drive axle bearing cover. Should be a 1/2 inch pipe plug on both sides of the cover and is removed with a 3/8" drive ratchet or break over bar. The inside of the final is the side that faces the belly pan / counter weight.

Same story on one we have, no fill plugs. Only think I have ever come up with is the finals have been replaced with later finals that don't have the plug. We had to trickle the oil in through the pinion shaft hole.

The fill plugs I told you about are there... Believe me... Remove both of them and fill until your oil just starts to run out of the second hole. Or you can remove one the plugs and fill through the outer pinion bearing cover as Lavoy has suggested. It is located towards the top of the final drive, right in behind the top of the track. Remove the cover... usually two bolts and one nut with a stud holds it in place. Then fill in between the pinion gear and the housing once you have removed the cover. You will want to use 80 /90 gear oil or you can also use Hy-guard TH fluid or 303. If you live up North where it is colder than the rest of us you might want to use the thinner oil. 350C's and 350D's use the 303 oil in the entire system. They have basically the same final drives as far as the gear set up.
Some models came with pans that had two plugs in them and you filled them to the top hole in the pan. I have no clue why Deere did this other than they just wanted to.
