i have a jd 440 ic crawler. good oil pressure when i start it , after a few hours pressure drops to 28psi, also hydraulics work fine when oil is cold, but slows down after warm up,
wondering about hydraulic oil leaking into crank case,
looking for what others have experienced.

28 lbs is at the high end, I wouldn't worry about it.
Hyd pump is likely getting weak assuming oil is clean and correct oil.
