Just purchased a 1974, 350BB diesel crawler loader a month or so ago. Finally got it to a friend's farm close to home to be able to start working on it.

First question is really just a curiosity. What is the difference between a 350B and a 350BB?
I am expecting to do work on both sides steering clutches and brakes. The previous owner informed me he did the left side brake band and clutches last year. He thought maybe he damaged an oil seal when putting it back together so will need to look at that. He said the right side brake band needs to be done. As I said I expect to do the clutches also while I have it apart.
I would appreciate some thoughts on what maybe happening when pulling the right side steering lever. There is absolutely no response when pulling the right side lever until it is almost all the way into my lap. When fully applied both tracks completely stop and the engine does not drop in RPM.
Left side steering seems to work pretty good.
When I applied the foot brake, only the left side brakes and the machine turns to the left.
Looking for a 4 in 1 bucket and winch in Western Canada if anyone has some thoughts on that.
Thank You
Mike B
