John Deere 450B For Sale

I have a 1970 450B with bucket and backhoe that I am putting up for sale.
It is in fairly good condition. I bought it this past summer to do some work but have not been able to get it to run yet. Job is done and really don't need one this big. It will crank over and has popped a couple times but have not got it to run yet. Undercarriage appears to be in good shape. It does not have the serial number tag on it but I do have the serial number and the service manual, the owners manual and the parts manual to go with it all from the past owner. Asking $5500 or willing to take smaller Deere on possible trade.Any questions or need more pics call me at 319-470-6602 Rick

You're in the range that we see here in the Midwest- it doesn't sound like too bad a deal if you could get it running so potential buyers can assess engine, HLR, and steering clutch condition and if the serial number data plate issue was resolved.

So for it being non running I am overpriced? If so, someone is more than welcome to shoot me an offer the way it sits. The previous owner told me that all was in working order before it sat. I have no reason to think he would lie, I work with the guy. I just have no time and want it gone.
