Hey guys, I need at least one track tensioner for my 2010 track loader. One side is way too tight and will not release even with a the grease fittings off and a chain and binder on it trying to help it along.
The other side is leaking, but I am thinking It may be some thing easy to fix.
Does anyone have one or know where I can get one?
Thanks, Andrew. 01223 zip code

I can get new aftermarket complete adjusters, varies on serial number which one you need. If you want, shoot me an e-mail with serial number, and I can do some more digging.

Hi Andrew-
I bought an aftermarket hydraulic adjuster for my 2010 from Lavoy about two years ago and cost was better than what you could find on Epay even after shipping.

(1) JD Straight 450 crawler dozer with manual outside blade; (2) JD 2010 diesel crawler loaders; (1) JD 2010 diesel dozer with hydraulic 6-way blade; (2) Model 50 backhoe attachments, misc. other construction equipment
Yep, checking on them now, just waiting for a call back from my supplier.

Probably safest. I gave a stuck adjuster to a guy one time because he said he could get it apart. He called me back and bought said he split the thing in two in a press, quite a bang I guess. I have gotten a few apart by just jacking them all the way out with grease, then honing the barrel and putting in a new cup. The problem is if you have one like yours and can't collapse it, then it gets to be a real pain.
