Hoe on 350 crawer

Good morning Kemp. I took the cap off the valve body freeing it up works perfect. The other side I rebuild , there is a spriig in side the valve body, I'm thinking it could be to tight causeing the out rigger to leak off . I had the complete valve assemble off an tore down to replace all the O rings. I could have tighten the spring to much getting it out of center.The the out rigger won't stay up or pressure down. Thank you.
