I have never done it myself, but you should be able to couple up your hoses, and lift the hoe with the outriggers. Back up into the hoe, and set it in the lower hooks, and move the top in and out with the boom so you can put in the pins.

The little barrel looking thing in the middle is the swing motor.

Takes less than 5 minutes.

Back up, hook up your lines just like Lavoy said. pick the hoe up with the down riggers, back up and drop it on the hooks then roll it up on with the boom and slide in the pins.

Matte.Im aussuming eveything will work like it suppose to. I have one out rigger valve that was froze up still sticky , out riggers an boom are the key to connect an disconnecting the hoe "wish me luck". It would be a mess if it fliped over an ripped a hose off or two. I'll strong arm it then hook the hoses up. Thank you

Kenp. Thank you for the information on the open an closed loop hyd system. The guy that delivered ithe tracker and hoe for 3200$ said it worked but the hook up fitting was broken. He wanted me to back it off his trailer with hoe not working NO Way he was lucky. I can't repair the hoe unless It's hooked up an hyd oil going through the system evey thing could be ok an ready to go. For safety, I want the hoe on the machine an secured. The hoe is set where the tractor can get under the hooks and maybe raising the tractor bucket will let me pin up. Gerald

Kenp. After strong arming a few hours to make the connection to the 40 year old tractor an hoe. I decided to make the connection like suggested to me, the stablizer did stick a little other then been chicken it only took 10 minutes.. It's a really powerfull machine digging through rock an clay like nothing, Hyd oil leaking from the back of the control manifold. that shouldn't to hard to fix.

I took the valve bank off marking all 12 hoses it was heavy, 3 bolts and the 6 manifolds came apart. I found 0 rings missing an broken . I fixed a sticking out rigger spool . I hope to have the control on an working after Thanksgiving. I got all the 0 rings at Truevalue hardwere, there thin 0 rings, Truevalue was my last hope.

The valve assembly is back on the hoe and hooked up to the tractor. It was a 5 minute job. I used the brute a few hours . For no reason the right out riggger valve locked up in the up position. I,m hopeing to remove the cap on bottom of valve an loosen the spring, will that work ? No way am I going to strong arm that thing again. Thank you Gerald.
