Just bought 440ICD

I just bought a 440ICD(ser. #456096-1960) that was originally owned by Forest Service and only used to cut fire roads(as I was told). Has 3078 hrs. Guy I bought it from installed new engine clutch and new steering clutches, but didn't know how to adjust the steering clutches. Clutches start to release just as you pull all the way to brake. Undercarriage seems to be very good. Hope to bring it home this week. Have a knowledgeable guy who is going to adjust clutches and check out intire machine(PM). Doesn't look bad either.
