Thanks to all on here that helped me trouble shoot my steering. Ended up draining about 6 oz of water out the the right clutch housing. I dried each housing for a week with a hair dryer and left the plug out. Left side looked a lot better since the previous owner must have left the plug out of that side.
Figured I'd post a pic of me working the clutches on a little snow fall.

This is the first dozer I've owned so I am still learning how the feather the blade without taking a huge bite out of my driveway. Hopefully I'll have it down before spring when I hit the dirt. Just in my few hours on it, the dozer blade is 100 times easier to control than the 3 pt blade of the back of the tractor.
