420 cylinder and piston clearance

I've got a bacly rusted block with 0.40" over pistons. What is my maximum cylinder diameter?

Pistons are available in .045, .090. and .125. I would guess that it would clean up at .090, the worst I have ever had one egg shaped is about .040, and most seem to be about .020 out of shape.
I have pistons and/or rebuild kits available if you need them.
