Has everybody seen this one?

How old is it?
Where'd they get the "New Undercarriage!"????
eBay ten ten
I saw that listing earlier this week- they didn't list a serial number but the 1010s were early to mid '60s models.
I don't think they literally meant a new undercarriage, as it appears to me that the rails themselves and maybe the front idlers show some wear. The left track is way out of adjustment (too loose) which could be a bad track tensioner.
It was hard to see the rest of the undercarriage because of the distance of the pictures and the rock guards, but the sprocket and grouser pads shown seemed like they have very little wear.
I would want to personally inspect a older crawler that has fresh paint.
