JD350B purchase??

Am looking to purchase a 1977 to 1980 JD350B with 6way Hyd blade. Under carriage shows little wear. Engine has appr 500 hours since major. Water pump was replaced. Clutches recently renewed. Runs good. just needs paint. What's a good purchase price????? Thanks
