Starting problem on a 450c

Hi,I can jump the starter to start it,but would like to have the starter button working.Any one have any ideas,it is in neutral ,but starter button will not start it.

You can unbolt the left floor panel and have access to the transmission neutral switch. You can jump the wires and see if the starter button works.

For safety, be positive the HLR is in neutral.

If that is not the problem, you need to trace power back to the key switch.

Thanks for the reply.have power thought the starter button but not sure how it gets poe
power to the starter solenoid now where to look?

OK,put the two wirers togeather and the starter button worked.Thanks for the help,ordered a new switch today
