steering clutch

Can someone tell me how to adjust steering clutchs on a 450b?
The left side lever brakes better than the right,I have to pull the right lever almost all the way back before it engages.

Buy a book. Its not hard to do, but kinda difficult to explain in my opinion.

Much, much easier to understand when you are looking at the pics in the service manual, makes life a lot easier.
