1959 440 ICD with 7/8 yard bucket Washington State

I have a 1959 John Deere 440 ICD with JD 931 bucket.
I have owned and used since 1986.
I built my Dad's house in Colorado.
I just finished building my house in Washington.

Its old, but runs, med. undercarriage.
serial number is 450719.
It will start, not smoke, dig, but always has steering issues.
It is moist here so the clutches rust or stick.
Just moved it and the steering clutches worked great.
Hydraulic tensioners, 5 speed, reverser.
$4000.00 It is complete.
