Rebuilding Belt Pulley

I'm a new guy to this group working on an MC. Does anyone have any experience rebuilding an MC pulley?

If you mean the paper puller itself, there is a company that restores them.

Pulley Rebuild

Today I received the rebuilt pulley for my MC from Paper Pulleys, Inc. I was impressed. The price seemed reasonable, it came back two weeks from when I mailed it to them and it was a real professional looking job. I'm a happy camper.
