The 420 project is about to start

The 420 has a cracked tranny case. First to remove the loader. That puppy was heavier than I thought it would be. Note the back of the excavator is off the ground. It was only held on by 4 bolts and 2 pins. 20 minutes and it was on the ground. 15 of those were inching it off without tearing up any tin. I didn't have enough lift to just pick it up.
