I can't tell you the differences other than the series 10 winch was for the 1010, I believe. About everything on the 1010 and 2010 series were specific to them so I doubt the series 10 will work on a 350. From the preview of a 350 service manual at the JD bookstore it looks like the manual has sections on the 3310 manual winch and another on the 3315 power winch. Can you compare the 3310 info in your 350 service manual with what you see on the series 10 winch. The parts breakdown for both the 3310 and 3315 winches are in the online 350 parts book.

The Series 10 winch parts breakdown is in the 1010 crawler parts catalog.

The Series 10 winch used an accumulator valve. The 3310 used a single lever controller like the 8A Gearmatic on the 420/430 crawlers. The 3315 uses a spool type hydraulic valve. You would be best off with a 3315 winch. First, I would avoid the Series 10 winch given it relationship to the 1010C. The 3315 power winch would be my preference over the 3310 manual winch. I think 3315 parts would be more available. Did you contact J&K and ask them about parts for these winches?

Well, whatever they are i now have 2 with controls. The first on I was told it was a series 10 and supposably the controls work .it seems like the controls are in good shape for it pressurizes when i work the handle. It has the accumulator but what's a bit confusing is on the pressure plate clutch cylinder on the one I have its removable. Pretty sure it's a series 10 that's what i was told when I bought it. guy seems like he knows his stuff. It came off a 1010 i believe he did say it will fit the 350.I'll be going to camp soon and will take a good look at the machine to verify.
Either way it's getting rebuilt. Everything but the power train new bearings and seals. I'm refurbishing parts i have so far there coming out pretty good. I think i got lucky and parts will be ok with new seals. I am looking for new pressure plate is only down fall.
The second winch looks way better when I took it apart just rebuilding clutch quill side. I'm not going to pull drum out unless it leaks when I fill with fresh oil. I figure just clean up clutch housing side and refurbish cylinders clean up and new seals. On this winch the clutch cylinder is part of the pressure plate, no accumulator and different controls. The control housing is a lot shorter and looks more compact. So maybe I have a different version of a series 10? But not sure still trying to figure that part out. Supposably this one was in operation no more than 3 years ago.
I was in the market for 3315 but the ones i found wanted more than i could afford .
