53 40c 4 roller wont start

Hi all, have a 53 40c...was starting and running no problem when i recently bought it...oil was ughly so i changed that...again started and ran fine...changed out the hydro oil and it started and ran fine....one of my hydro hoses blew so it was a cpl of weeks between getting new hoses and getting them on...after getting the hoses on, went to start and it wont...acts like the starter isnt engaging...put a new starter on it and still wont engage and start...got a hand crank but it wont budge the engine..its like it froze up...suggestions

well oneshot...first..on your login dropdown box..in your profile..add somewhat of a location..some one may be nearby to stop and looksee..
need more of story..you shut down..put in shed...left out in rain..open tailpipe..rain gets in in..fill cylinder..rust sets..wont move???? or did it make noise when shut down
2 things..pull plugs..look in cylinder,,,pull starter..see if spins...i assume it tried to engage?..also while plugs out try to spin it..watch plug holes see anything come out??water oil...also check dipstick..see if overfull? may have water/coolant in??..if so will need look deeper..head gasket or cracked cylinder can get coolant in oil..
