440 ICD clutch linkage wanted

I am looking for the clutch lever and adjuster # 40 and 41circled in red.
For a late 440ICD ser# 460815
Part # t12875 t and t12876 t

I found an adjuster. Still looking for the clutch release lever # T12875T

Difficult to find at best, I would take 2 myself if I could find them that haven't been welded.
