Air ride seat.

Does anyone know if it's possible to put an air ride seat on a jd 450d. I know the larger dozers 650g 850b ect. Had them. I am aware of limited space due to the design of the seat well. The reason for asking Is I have a very bad lumbar disc and believe the air ride would improve the ride quality.

Air ride seats have been installed on a lot of different machines. I would say it comes down to finding the right seat and base (height and forward reverse positioning to fit the space) and your fabrication skills to install it. Air can be supplied by a small 12-volt compressor along the lines of those used with air bag kits added on to pickups. I doubt you will find an off the shelf, bolt on setup.
