Hello, I’m a newbie. I just picked up a project 350 B that hasn’t been moved in 15 years. Two days ago before temperatures in the teens it rolled freely. Yesterday I went to push it up onto a trailer and it was locked up wouldn’t move it all.I’m guessing there’s water somewhere transmission final drives reverser I’m not sure. What should I try to thaw and drain first?

Hi,

Might be. Might also be the pads are frozen to the ground. They like to do that. Which is why I always park my crawlers on boards.

Drain both final drives and the transmission as far as rolling. I would pretty seriously look at reverser just because.

I warmed it up and at least a gallon of pretty clear water was in the right final drive. Going to give it another try this afternoon.🤞

The oil in both the reverser and transmission is very clean not milky at all. I’ll know in a few hours.
