350B Moved freely when towed before freezing temperatures, Overnight was 17° this morning. It won’t move.
Hello, I’m a newbie. I just picked up a project 350 B that hasn’t been moved in 15 years. Two days ago before temperatures in the teens it rolled freely. Yesterday I went to push it up onto a trailer and it was locked up wouldn’t move it all.I’m guessing there’s water somewhere transmission final drives reverser I’m not sure. What should I try to thaw and drain first?

Hi,
Might be. Might also be the pads are frozen to the ground. They like to do that. Which is why I always park my crawlers on boards.

Drain both final drives and the transmission as far as rolling. I would pretty seriously look at reverser just because.

I warmed it up and at least a gallon of pretty clear water was in the right final drive. Going to give it another try this afternoon.

The oil in both the reverser and transmission is very clean not milky at all. I’ll know in a few hours.
