1966 JD 350 Steering Clutch Fork

Post by Lunchbox365 » Sat Nov 16, 2024 8:14 pm

Hi everyone, does anyone know where I could buy a steering clutch fork for a JD 350 Dozer? We've been working on fixing up the left steering clutch on our dozer. In the process, we found that the clutch plates had been replaced with bronze plates at some point, but were worn smooth due to use. In the process of freeing up the steering linkage, we broke part of the left clutch fork. I can't seem to find the part anywhere. The part number is T13998 in the parts catalog. If anyone knows where we could buy one, please let me know. Thanks!

Welcome to the Boards.

A part number check of that part number shows it was used on just the 350 and 350B crawlers.

I suggest giving Lavoy a phone call, 701 361-1006, during CST business hours. He works on JD crawlers, sells parts, and provides this site. If he doesn't have one. he may have a source.

As you search salvage yards it is best to call them. Salvage parts inventory seldom if fully shown the internet due to the way it changes.

It would be a long shot but your JD dealer might turn one up if they will do a dealer system search for one.

If you add your general location to your profile so people can have an idea of where you are located that might get you ideas of regional salvage yards to check with.

Good luck
