how do you replace a seal on a John Deere 350 b final drive and where can you get one

He focuses mainly on the older one, however I expect he can help you with parts and a technical manual for your 350B. You should get the manual to guide you through the seal replacement and future repairs. You can call Lavoy at 701-361-1006 during CST business hours. Basically, you are going to have to split the track and remove the final drive. There is a good chance if the seal is leaking the bearing may have issues as well. Having the manual will give you the info you need to set/adjust the bearings, etc.

Before you contact Lavoy, I suggest you confirm you have a B by serial number, if you haven't. Also confirm the steering clutches are dry clutches, if you don't know, as there may be some late Bs with wet clutches, by some reports.
