Looking for Model number of my 2010 Dozer blade

Can anybody tell what model number this is? It's on a 1963 2010 crawler.
It is a 6 way PAT. The tag is mangled so bad you cant read it.
Looks like Model Number 623 or 628, cant make it out for shure, would either of those be a valid Model Number?

hello, my brochure says its a model 622.

OK, thanks. that may be it, the tag is really beat and we can only make out the 62 clearly. We can only make out the top 3rd of the third number, it may be another 2.

Yup, you were right. It's a 622.
I got the Parts manual for the 622 off of Ebay, (PC-697) and it's the right one.
