Yeah, I thought the same thing - that it's a 5-roller missing two bottom rollers and the top idler on each side. Looks to me like there's too much space between the front idler and the first roller on both sides. Looks like something is missing up front there.....
Then, again, my 420 has the rock guards and so I don't see a space between the front roller and the front idler, even if one exists. I'll have to wander off looking for photos of more machines without rock guards now - I'm all curious!
After finding a few pix of 4-rollers without rock guards, I see where that spacing is normal. Looking more closely at the shots of the 1010, I also see where the track frame looks to be a bit short, which would be correct for a 4-roller.
The odd part is that I never knew that the 1010 was available as a 4-roller. I thought by that time they were all 5-roller. I also thought that the 1010's all had the solid front idler as well. Interesting. And, too many variations to keep 'track' of!
