torsion isolator 350 C

Post by wilcotech » Wed Feb 19, 2014 10:00 pm

Hi, I am looking for a torsion isolator for my 350 C. It is not the old style with the springs, it is the newer style with the solid rubber piece inside the metal plate. Part number AT77319. I can't seem to find one anywhere, new or used. Apparently, the rubber on mine has become unbonded from the metal and is spinning when it should not, causing my machine to lose power and feel like the clutch is slipping. If you have an machine you are parting out and have this item available, I would love to get it from you. Or if you know of somewhere I could look that would be great. JD says the part is discontinued.

Thx!

I got the last three Deere had many years ago, and at that time, they were over $1500/each. Not long after that, I spent a lot of time coming up with a manufacturer that can make them for me, but just did not find enough interest from people to justify the further time and expense to build the required quantity. Part of the problem is/was that I wanted to have the flywheels made so we could convert the older crawlers, but that idea fizzled, too difficult for me to do. Maybe I will contact them again and see if they could make me a smaller run.
