2010 right steer not working

The right steer does not work .it slowly got worse. when I bought it 5 years ago it did not work,I paid 4 thousand dollars to get it fixed with new parts,so what could be the promblem.

It could be common wear, mouse nest or mouse urine, mud dobbers. What are some of its symptoms?

I tried to adust the brake,that was not the problem ,the brake belt does not tighten. the lever moves a caliper but there is hand tension,compared to left side which is always worked. the right side does not work and afew years ago had everything replaced and fixed for around four thousand dollars. I have put maybe 50 hours on the crawl since the rebuild.

Does any one know where I can get a exploded drawing of the steering brake assembly?

If you don't have a service manual, I would suggest getting one. There will be a drawing of the assembly there.
