What year is my 440 ser.#459946 and will 1010 final drives fit it.What all is differant. Will my sprockets fit.

That is a 1960, towards the end of production.
Early 1010 final drive case will fit, internals are different. Sprockets are the same, rollers and idlers are the same.

Will a complete drive bolt to my machine or is there clutch problems.

Axle is different length, I doubt it will work, but it is possible.
