440ICD FLOAT

I HAVE A 440ICD W/FLOAT. IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE THE FLOAT STAY IN WITHOUT HAVING TO MANUALLY HOLDING IT THERE ?

Yes, there must be something wrong with the detent, or someone before you had defeated it because they did not like it. You will need to take the end cap off of the vavle and check.
