Complete your crawler with a Tool tray for a 450 or 550 series goes over the battery's and just under the lid .If you have the original ply wood battery cover this tray fits right on top and is a John Deere original part that's even shown in the parts book for only 30.bucks plus shipping.Digitup.

Ya but the big problem is it still takes a 9/16 wrench to close that tool box back up and this is where you put the 9/16 wrench to hide the rest of the 9/16 wrenches.I also used it for a hammer ,rags and the go-go juice [ether] and a pair of fence pliers to keep the tracks free of the wire fuzzies that occur around fence lines in my area this tray came out of a 450E I bought and sold within days 8 years ago .the tray never got put back in it before the old Deere went down the road .Traded it for a used 550G my Deere salesman had and the tool tray won't fit a G series .Digitup.
