A friend has one for sale in west Mn about 90 miles from Fargo. He is asking 2500 for it. Sheet metal looks ok. Bucket has new cutting edge. The bad: track bins and bushings are about gone. Sprockets are pretty worn. The good: recent steer clutch and brake job.
Is that a fair price?

IF the rest of the crawler is in good shape, that is not a bad deal. Figure roughly $2000 to put new rails under it, then you have the track problem solved.

Lavoy if you are interested it is north of Underwood Mn I can put you in touch with the guy. I've got a AC tractor tranny in pieces, a TD5 in pieces and a few other projects going on right now. I was looking at it but just don't have the cash for it right now. Wish I did.

No, just spent a few months on a 350 that I got at the consignment sale here, and have too many other projects to start another, but thanks.
