LOOKING FOR PART #M1616T A CAM

MY SON IS REBUILDING THE STEERING CLUTH ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY 420C THE CAM HAS 4 SPRINGS ATTACHED TO IT BUT 2 OF THE TABS THAT THE SPRING ATTACHES TOO ARE MISSING LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT THE PARTS BOOK GIVES A PART # OF M1616T
My son has a 420 in MA. He is going to replace the tracks and a new clutch and bring it to me in wv
