left steer clutch release

I have a 350 whith hydraulic assist steering. I work great for about a month now it wont turn left. when I pull the lever the brake engages but the clutch does not release. it happened suddenly one day. there was no noise it just wont turn left. is there some sort of pin or bolt that brakes in there? I work on cars this is a new ballgame for me. I hate to tear it all apart if i dont have to. any help is appreciated.

it says 350 on the side of it. i will get the model # but i dont know how to decode it. i will try to get some photos if that will help.it sat for a few days. when I started using it one day it worked fine and then suddenly it just would not turn left. i will pull the drain plug to see whats in there. i will allso pull the top plates and see what it looks like. i'll let you know.
