Clutch adjustment tool question

Post by MattE » Thu Jan 07, 2010 8:04 am

I have a home-made JD-7 clutch adjustment tool that was given to me. So I'm sure it is made right... if you describe it as a letter "E" laying flat on a table with the legs of the "E" pointing down. what should be the measurement from the table to the center leg of the "E"? A picture would have been so much easier..... Anyway I just want to make certain before I put the final drives back on my 350B. Thanks for any help

This post is for the earlier crawlers, but Lavoy said the procedure is similar for the 350s so it may may help you:

I think this post has an actual picture as well (my work computer blocks picture links  )
