John deere 350C crawler/loader bottom rollers (stiff)

I have 2 different types of bottom rollers on this machine (1977) It has 5 on each side. 3 are older type with grease fittings, the other 7 are oil filled. My question is the older type rollers roll free (by hand) very easy. The newer type are hard to roll by hand. Do these suppose to be this stiff? They do roll if you put both hands on them and put some muscle into it....

If they are really new, they will be stiff, more so in cold weather.
