JD450C – Loss of pushing power under load

Hi,

I’ve been running a JD450C lately and noticed that under load the machine seems to lose pushing power. It doesn’t stall or rev up like a slipping clutch, it just stops moving forward while the engine keeps running at the same RPM.

In lower gears it feels a bit better, but in higher range it becomes more noticeable, especially when pushing dirt or snow.

Still going through a few checks.

I had a similar issue with my 450c and was able to fix it by adjusting engine clutch free play
