Hello
Just recently bought a 350b crawler loader with backhoe. I've removed the hoe while doing some land levelling. The problem is my ground consists if black earth several feet deep. Im making progress, although I'm trying to be cautious, I've already got stuck several times. I'm thinking, or hoping, that I can utilize the rear hydraulic lines that hook to the backhoe to run an aftermarket 20k hydraulic winch.
My problem is that I have no idea which type of spool valves I would need to accomplish this. I'm fairly confident it is possible, just unsure what's needed. I don't want to damage the tractors hydraulic system.
And advice on spool valves, or tips on how to make this work, would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Travis
Adding aftermarket hydraulic winch
Re: Adding aftermarket hydraulic winch
You will need an open center valve with over 20GPM flow capacity, and around 2250PSI, but verify that. Keep in mind, you will have winch, or you will have loader, but not both at the same time.
