Greetings All,
I have a 450c turbo edition tractor. I have run it over 1000hrs since I bought it 3 years ago. My issue is it seems as though the radiator shroud is is leaning forward as there is a definite gap between it and the hood or bonnet. I thought I was seeing things so when I shut down for the day I looked up close at it and there's almost enough room for the hood to fall into the fan. I could not push the radiator shroud in either direct by hand. I checked the bolt at the bottom, they are there however the bottom one on either side are loose. Before I put a chain around the vertical bars on the ROPS and attach the come along and try to pull the shroud back I figured I'd see if any of you had experienced this issue. My 450C guy that knew them forward, backward, and inside out checked out last year. Thanks folks, Good Day.

Update: Thank you Gentlemen for your time..
I took straps, chains, and come along back to my jobsite and had decent light to look over my tractor. I tightened all bolts that were loose on the front shroud and nothing changed. I then focused on the air cleaner and console. That part was a little loose, I searched everything that holds the console and air cleaner and found no missing or loose bolts and am dumbfounded as to why the shroud has this gap all the sudden. I checked frame rails and there are no cracks, breaks etc. Everything is tight as far as I can see. I would love to post pics, I have not yet figured out how to do this. My dozer has been great and a valuable asset to my little dirt moving outfit. I also plow snow around my whole place with it. I live at 8300 ft in North Central, CO 24 MI from WY. Any ideas or theories would be great. This is my 2nd job. I mainly run big tractors, hoe, blade and side boom on union pipeline jobs. I've been running equipment for 45 yrs. I'm not a rookie.

I'm not qualified to offer any guidance on the issue for the gap and mis-fitting you are experiencing but can offer some advice in using the Messageboard.
The Lavoy's Little Shaop O' Deeres is where posts are put when offering items for sale I believe. When seeking advice for operation, repair or maintenance on a 450, yhe post should be in the Late model crawler technical support. From there I'm sure you will receive a prompt reply for individuals with noteworthy experience.
