Finals fill port?

Changing all fluids on my new(to me) 350c dozer(SN274xxx). I found the drain port on both sides for the finals but can not find where to refill. My manual shows the add port should be just a few inches above the drain but it is not there. Looked all over and can't find it. Any suggestions?

maybe someone put the lower covers on backwards and the fill and drains are now on opposite sides now.
