420C Rebuilt Engine

I have a 420C completely rebuilt engine for sale. The reason is I am going to spend my money and my time on a 430C I found. The engine was completely gone through by a local machine shop.
-Block checked,cleaned and bored .045 over
-New .045 pistons, rings and fitted to block
-Head done with new springs,valves,cleaned, and checked
-new cam bearings
-new rod bearings
-Crankshaft checked and cleaned up journals and appropriate new main bearings installed
Add your hydro pump,water pump, and distributor and you are good to go.
Now the bad-there was a small crack near the rear bottom mounting hole that I had repaired by a machine shop prior to going to the engine shop. It did not go near any vital parts of the block and the engine shop waved their wand over the repair when the cleaned and magged it.
I have 1450.00 just in parts in it so I would like 1500.00 or best reasonable offer. I can email pics.
