MC on the bag

There is a MC listed on egag. Too far away for me. Four bolt pads on a MC? Looks like the chains are on backwards??

I love the way these old traders write, "barn find", must have a been a barn under water or near the coast.
Also, notice how anything he knows about it comes from the previous owner. How nice.
