Small Plate Needed for My 440 Diesel Motor

Im in need of the small plate the temperature sensor threads into that mounts on the back of the head on my 2-53 diesel. Part #5123352, Small, football shaped, bolt hole on each end and a threaded hole in the middle for the temp sensor. Seems mine has a crack just below the temp. sensor opening. Suppose I could make one if I had to but thought Id see what is out there. Thanks for any help!
