BLS here on this board has offered and is making some very nice technical drawings on parts others have made. I know he has offered his time on another thread and he has drawn some track tensioner parts I've had made.
There are a few other pieces that I am going to have made and I will offer sketches on those too but I think any thing you need dimensions on people will be glad to take a few minutes and get them for you off of thier machine.

If you are looking for a schematic for a particular part I personally have had really good luck getting them from my local deere dealer. The parts guy just gives deere a call and they will fax him a complete schematic almost immediately. Got one for the splines on the input shaft for my 420C transmission and was able to have it machined to exact original specs
The patent office
If you go search on the US Patent office, for each part that patent was issued for is available since it is after 50 years.
