The reverser will work, but makes a horrible squeeling noise. Any ideas?
Also, found what I think is the
PTO lever (to the left of the gear shifter). , but there is no PTO shaft. Do I just put a shaft in???

If it squeals, find the problem while it may still be a small problem. Wait, and it will be a big problem that will likely be really expensive to fix.
PTO was an option, yes, all you need to get is a PTO attachment, bolt it in and go.
