JD 410 and 440ICD. Digging stumps and leveling a lot.

I should have put this picture in the show and tell section. I was thinking about the work I had done to it to be ready for some dirt pushing.
We worked it for 8 hrs. With the only problem running a little hot. 85 to 95 degrees out. Engine was getting to 200+.
Work done before starting.
Change the engine oil and all the gear boxes, all old oil looked OK. New engine and fuel filters.
Removed the oil pan to replace a leaking pan gasket. Checked rod and main bearings, all “looked” good. The engine has a little knock. Possibly a wrist pin or bent rod. The engine needs ether to start if the outside temp is below 90.
Removed valve cover to replace leaking cover gasket. Ran the “rack” valves and injectors. Valves were a little tight injector timing was good.
Replaced both master track pins. It had 1” bolts for master pins.
Replaced a couple broken grouser pads.
Adjusted steering clutches and brakes. Big improvement
Checked reverser adjustments. They were good. A lot of play in the linkage replaced a couple ends and that helped. Will be doing more to remove more play.
Welded up a broken front idler and installed it to replace a broken front idler.
Adjusted the tracks on both sides.
Greased all the rollers and the other zerks
Replaced blade and U frame with parts from a parts dozer. The old blade/u frame was bent about 3”.
Will finish leveling this lot tomorrow. I have a little more work to be done in a different location. Planning on an inframe overhaul to address the knock.
